Salty Property Group Ltd. was founded in 2022 by Tristan Salt, who combined his expertise in civil engineering and property investment to build a successful portfolio.
Between 2022 and 2023, Salty Property Group acquired four properties using the "Buy, Refurbish, Refinance" (BRR) strategy. In 2024, the company shifted its focus to Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) to maximise cash flow. Today, Salty Property Group specialises in long-term investments, delivering strong returns for investors.

This neglected three-bedroom Victorian end-of-terrace was transformed into a high-end, six-bedroom HMO, with each room featuring an en-suite and five boasting private kitchenette facilities.
